To Our Valued Customers:

We at J. L. Honberger Co., Inc. continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and Governor Wolf’s directive regarding businesses. Our main goal is to keep employees, families, customers and our community as safe as possible by following the guidelines recommended by our federal, state and local governments.

At this time our retail store remains open so that we may be able to continue servicing our walk-in trade that includes swimming pool owners/operators (especially at the commercial level), power washing/cleaning/disinfecting trades, drinking water and farming. We will, however, be working with a limited staff and ask for your patience during these challenging times.

At our facility we have increased cleaning protocols on high traffic and “high touch” areas. We ask that you respect social distancing and other guidelines that have been set forth by numerous agencies. We would prefer to email our itemized receipts whenever possible. We do accept mobile pay/"tap and pay" in addition to Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks and cash. Cleaning protocols increased. Use "Tap and Pay"!

At this moment we are working behind the scenes for alternate solutions to minimize exposure. If you would like to do a “curb pick up” of our products you may order online, and we will have your order ready when you arrive. You may also call in orders for a “curb pick up”. Do not hesitate to contact us about products not found on our web site. Because of the wide range of products/parts we have access to, it is not possible to list them all on our web site. Sodium hypochlorite (liquid chlorine bleach) and other bulk chemicals remain in our warehouse which is separate from our retail store. For “curb pick up” orders, we will offer instructions on where to park for loading purposes depending on the order that is placed.

If you would like a local delivery to your home or commercial facility, please either email us at sales@honberger.com or call us at 717.898.SWIM. If a customer service representative is not available to answer your call, then please leave a message on our voice mail system and we will get back to you. A local delivery feature may be added to our web site in the very near future. Regularly scheduled deliveries to municipalities, high schools and colleges remain uninterrupted. Please contact our office if special provisions need to be made.

Computerized water testing operations will resume on March 23, 2020. An option to “in store” water testing is using our “Water Drop”. In front of our store is a blue mailbox we refer to as “Water Drop”. Please feel free to use this drop off at any time. We can then test your water and contact you with product recommendations. Be prepared to take an image of your test results with your phone if using our "in store" water testing service.

Our ecommerce and service department (including robotic cleaners) operations remain the same. Please do not hesitate to contact us about any of our services or how we may be of help during these changing times.
